Database Reactivation

Your CRM has hundreds — sometimes thousands — of leads who once asked about your service and never became customers. They're not gone. They just got busy, comparison-shopped, or fell through the cracks. We wake them up.

How it works

  1. You export your dead lead list as a CSV (we'll show you how — takes 2 minutes from any CRM).
  2. We segment it, write a 3-touch reactivation sequence tailored to your industry, and run it from your business email and SMS.
  3. Every positive reply (someone wanting a quote or to book) gets forwarded to your team in real time.
  4. You close the lead, do the job, collect payment.
  5. We invoice you 25% of the revenue from those reactivated jobs. That's it.

Why it works

A typical home-service operator with 1,000 dead leads will see 50–80 of them book a job when run through a proper reactivation campaign. At a $1,500 average ticket, that's $75,000–$120,000 in recovered revenue from people who already know you exist.

The deal

  • $0 setup fee
  • $0 monthly fee
  • You only pay when we generate revenue (25% of jobs we book)
  • Cancel any time, no penalty
  • First 5 leads reactivated free as a proof-of-concept

Live Lead Recovery

Once your past leak is plugged, we plug the live one. The system catches every inbound lead that would normally slip through — missed calls, after-hours inquiries, slow follow-up, ghosted quotes — and converts them while they're still warm.

What you get

  • Missed-call-text-back: every missed call automatically gets an SMS within 30 seconds — "Hey, saw your call, sorry I missed it. What can I help with?"
  • AI voice receptionist: answers your phone when nobody's available, qualifies the lead, books an appointment in your calendar.
  • 14-day automated follow-up: every new lead who doesn't book gets a polite, personal-feeling sequence over two weeks.
  • Hot-lead alerts: the moment a lead replies "yes" or asks to book, your team gets a ping (SMS / Telegram / wherever they live).
  • Weekly performance report: exactly how many leads we caught, how much revenue we surfaced, what's working.

Pricing

$1,000 one-time setup + $497/mo (basic) or $997/mo (full system with AI voice).

Most operators see 30–50% more booked jobs in month one. ROI in 2 weeks or your money back.

Common questions

Things people ask before signing up.

Why performance-based for the dead-list service?

Because if it doesn't work, you shouldn't pay. Most agencies charge $2-5K/month and hope you don't notice when results don't show up. We're confident enough in the system to bet our income on it. If we don't generate jobs, we don't get paid.

What if I don't have a list of dead leads?

Most operators do — they just don't think of it that way. Anyone who got a quote and didn't book, anyone who called once, anyone who filled out a form. Even the customer who left two years ago. If your CRM has more than 100 names that aren't currently active, we can probably wake some up.

How long until I see results?

First reactivation replies typically come in 24-72 hours after launch. Booked jobs depend on your sales process, but we usually see the first one within a week. The 5-lead test (free) wraps up inside 48 hours.

Will this affect my email reputation?

No. We send from your existing business email, paced carefully, with proper opt-out language and bounce handling. We treat your sender reputation like our own — because if you stop being deliverable, neither of us makes money.

Who runs Go Lead Recovery?

Built by an operator who runs Meta ads for 13 home-service businesses, dogfooded on a Utah lawn-care operation. Same playbook we use to make those businesses work, productized so any operator can plug into it.
